01 / The three sides
Nearly 10 years in health and safety, in-house to Director level, across public transport, food manufacturing and hospitality: 20,000+ staff estates, 120+ locations, 18+ operating companies.
I built the systems, lived with the data, and answered for both.
2 years of transformation consultancy: data, metrics and simplification work for organisations including the BBC and the City of London Corporation.
Then a year as Country Manager UK for a global EHS software platform, seeing from the inside how safety technology is sold, priced and implemented.
It's how I know what your data is worth, and why a demo doesn't impress me much any more.

02 / Principles
2 tenets underpin all of it: inspire people to ask good questions, and equip people to make good decisions.
The order of work is simplification, digitisation, automation. Always in that order.
Nobody comes to work to 'do safety'. They come to work to work. Simple Foundry exists to make safety an outcome of how that work is done.
