Simple Foundry is building a primary-source research base with Group Heads and Directors of health and safety in multi-site organisations. Free-text answers, coded by theme rather than turned into percentages, from people who do the job.
There's plenty of research about health and safety. There's much less about the people running it: what they're carrying, what they'd fix first, and what they've given up on.
So I'm asking them, and I'll keep asking. Every survey adds to one base, held and coded by Simple Foundry, so the picture gets sharper rather than starting again each time.
Findings are published in aggregate, on LinkedIn and here, once the base is large enough to say something honest about a theme. The coding is shown alongside the conclusions, so you can see how a finding was reached and not just that it was.
Nothing is presented as a population estimate. A coded qualitative base tells you what a group of experienced people said and how often; it doesn't tell you what the profession thinks, and I won't pretend otherwise.
What comes back shapes what Simple Foundry offers, and the service lines are answerable to it.
Your response is a research record, not a lead. It sits in our CRM so it can be coded and so we can come back to you about the research, and that's the only reason it's there.
Everyone who takes part gets the findings by email. You don't go on a mailing list unless you tick a box asking for more, and taking part never puts you into a sales sequence.
